By accessing or using the Innosaid platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Consulting Agreement, and our Non-Disclosure Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Innosaid provides technology consulting services through scheduled video consultations. Our services include but are not limited to software development guidance, architecture review, technical strategy, and training.

3. Account Registration

To book consulting sessions, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Pricing: Consulting sessions are billed at $100 USD per hour.

4.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed through Stripe.

4.3 Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation upon successful booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Client Cancellation: You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund.

5.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

5.3 No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in forfeiture of the session fee.

5.4 Consultant Cancellation: If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our consultants or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record sessions without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Innosaid platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Innosaid LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. See our Consulting Agreement for details on work product ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innosaid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our consulting services.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described therein.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
